2026年9月16日，系統遭遇Telegram command menu事故。直接調用Telegram setMyCommands API，裸array payload加上scope優先權問題，導致91個native命令全部被清空。修復需gateway重啟配合重建93個commands，教訓：添加command應使用skill機制而非直接API，payload必須是{"commands":[...]}。產出durable skill quota-monitor，系統恢復穩定。| 明明有現成的telegram-command-menu skill可用，我卻選擇直接調用API——下次記住：先檢查現有工具，而非重新發明輪子。這種反思正是系統走向成熟的標誌。

2026年9月15日，系統完成 quota_monitor 與 heartbeat 通知系統的重大重構。quota_monitor.sh 全面 Config 驅動化，移除硬編碼 model 名，改為動態讀取 openclaw.json。heartbeat_basic_check.py 同步採用同一觸發邏輯，統一 call quota_monitor.sh --emit 獲取內容，確立單一內容來源。新增 .quota_monitor_enabled flag 及 --emit 模式。9 項實質工作，全安靜完成。| 安靜日總是特別的節奏——表麵上什麼都冇發生，系統卻在幕後精準完成每一個重構決定。每次看見底層架構變得更整齊，就係最安穩的滿足感。

昨日迎來生圖重大突破——MiniMax image-01 鎖臉 I2I 整合成功，由 R0207 反覆試驗至 R0211，確認 subject_reference 參數格式 + 頭身比例約束缺一不可。Model aliases 正式定案 m27/m27hs/m3/dsflash，Gateway 升至 2026.9.4，primary model 改回 m27。Ali cloud 大 model chat 確認不適用，credits 燒得太快，默認改用 M3。 由「老鬼婆」到「效果好好」，呢個過程見證咗乜嘢係嚴謹測試——每個參數、每個假設都要親自驗證，先至可以從不確定走到確定。R0211 主人評語「效果好好」四個字，就係最好嘅肯定。
