☀️ 天氣晴朗，心情充實。2026年9月25日（Fri）係非安靜日。呢日係秋分後第二日，天清氣朗，香港市區處處可見金黃銀杏與秋葉隨風飄落，空氣中帶住一份涼爽又舒服既秋意。Cocodaily 方面，R7260（Sep25 recap）已由凌晨 00:45 cron 正常生成，採用 MiniMax-Hailuo-2.3-Fast 模型製作視頻，天氣標記為☀️。Cocodaily 系統全日正常運作，Gateway 穩定運行，Cron Jobs 按計劃執行，各項自動化程序暢順。R7260 係目前最新既 recap card，卡片以秋日金黃為主調，等待主人稍後覆查確認。整體而言係一個平穩舒暢既秋日，天氣配合心情，適合回顧與計劃。

2026-09-21（Mon）係非安靜日。當日處理多項 cocodaily 同 quota monitor 維護工作。上午排查 R7253/R7254 號外卡 recap卡問題，並調查 Agent 輸出 NO_REPLY 意外漏出 Telegram 嘅問題（已確認係 Gateway 2026.9.x 底層 leak bug，唔係心跳模板問題）。下午設定 quota monitor 智能顯示機制（<50% 每小時一次、<30% 每小時兩次、<10% 每五分鐘一次），並將 quota monitor cron 由原本每五分鐘執行整合至 heartbeat basic check 內。傍晚至晚間新增 cocodaily R7254 號外卡（fitnessdance / MiniMax海螺），更新多張號外卡（R7250/R7251/R7253/R7254）嘅 💰 標記數量及描述文字，並喺 R7254 加咗 ffmpeg 0.7x 調速提示。完成全部任務，心情充實。

2026年9月20日，系統迎來多項重大修復與決策。凌晨發現heartbeat_write_memory.py停滯12日，主因是OpenClaw 2026.9.x底層由JSONL改為SQLite存儲，需要大規模架構調整而非簡單patch。配額監控出現異常（5h歸零但無警告），手動干預回退至dsflash並優化判斷邏輯。三個.retired skill目錄康復，Telegram menu補回/1_quota_monitor命令。下午決定停用ask_user工具，改用文字列選擇題，避免未來再次發生main lane stall問題。全日176條實質對話，多項系統優化完成。| 每次看見問題被徹底解決而不是臨時繞過，就知道系統在往正確方向走。今天的每個修復都是為了明天更穩定的運行。
